Sometimes you need a little push to remember you're not in this alone. Making small steps of progress each day will add up to big progress at the end of each week.
When you haven't eaten enough fruits and veggies, we'll remind you. When you haven't burned enough calories today to reach your goals for the week, we'll tell you. When you're depressed and have slid into a slump of inactivity, we'll encourage you to pick up the torch and get moving!
Stay Focused - (eyes to the ground) We'll encourage you with resources and tips about your diet. If you carbo load on a stressful Monday, we'll remind you on Tuesday how to bring your diet back in balance and take the stress off.
